【蒜香西兰花】

1.首先,我们准备一下食材,西兰花一朵切去根部切成小朵,放在盆中加入清水浸泡清洗。

2.大蒜几粒,用刀背拍扁,剁成碎末,小米椒几粒切成辣椒圈。

3.接下来,我们把西兰花焯一下水,锅内烧水,加入食盐2克,淋入一点植物油,加入食盐可以为西兰花入一下底味,淋入植物油西兰花焯水更翠绿鲜亮。

1.首先我们准备一下食材,西兰花一朵,切去根茎再切成大小均匀的小朵,放入盘中备用。

红椒半个,去籽后切成菱形片和西兰花放在一起用来配色,大蒜6粒用刀背拍扁,再切成碎末,放入盆中备用。

2.接着我们把西兰花焯一下水,锅内烧水加入少许食盐和植物油,水开后倒入西兰花和红椒,快速过水焯30秒左右,西兰花断生后倒出控水。
